課程宗旨 Curriculum Aims

英國語文及職業英語科旨在提升學生的英語水平，並增強他們在實際生活及未來工作中的溝通能力。本科鼓勵學生嘗試以英語進行思考及溝通，並應用及發展所得的知識。我們希望學生能透過英語表達及回應生活的經歷，從中發展及應用所學的知識和技能，認識英語的系統、應用方法及學習技巧。課程特別以生活化的情境為主軸，讓學生在真實語境中建立英語溝通的信心，為未來的升學或就業作好充分準備。 

 

The subject target of English Language is for learners to develop an ever-improving capability to use English to think and communicate; to acquire, develop and apply knowledge; to respond and give expression to experience; and within these contexts, to develop and apply an ever-increasing understanding of how language is organized, used and learned. The main direction for teaching and learning is supported by three strands (Interpersonal, Knowledge and Experience) in which language skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing) and knowledge of the language (e.g. Text-types, vocabulary, grammatical items) are applied meaningfully.
